At Link Marketers we are looking for our new SEO team member. We are looking for a person with demonstrable experience managing SEO & link building projects. Your main role will be to work within the SEO team to develop SEO & link building strategies for our clients. With the idea to evolve within the team and lead comprehensive SEO projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Studies related to Online Marketing, preferably if you have also studied Journalism, Audiovisual Communication or Advertising.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- With great organisational skills and communication skills.
- Analytical and goal-oriented skills.
- Experience in the use of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SemRush, Ahrefs, URLprofiler and Moz.
- Ability to work in a team and have a strategic vision.
- Languages: English (Minimum B2 essential – communication with clients and international collaborators on a daily basis).
- Impeccable writing skills, good communicator.
The role
- As an SEO Linkbuilder you will be the outreach strategy specialist for a new project that reports to the Marketing and Communications departments. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and executing a creative backlink and outreach strategy. You will also liaise with website owners, bloggers, social media people, posting on message boards, writing comments on blogs, doing a lot of Google searches, etc.
- You will work with the SEO project manager to align strategies with business objectives.
- You will design an action plan to drive backlink acquisition strategy that positively impacts organic rankings.
- You will manage technologies and external service providers to assist in campaigns.
- You will make use of advanced Google search techniques to identify potential link opportunities.
- Perform website qualification to identify quality link potential.
- Identify and implement new keywords.
- You will present results and objectives.
